Baby Messy Time - Edible Paint

A couple of days ago Me, Mya & Grandma had some fun painting. I often paint with Mya but half the time is spent battling with Mya to stop her eating the paint. I remembered when I was a kid we used to make glue and paints using flour, water & food colouring, it's inexpensive, easy to make and perfectly safe for the little one. I just mixed water into the flour until I got a consistency I was happy with, then I filled a cake tine with the mixture and added different food colourings. We put some old clothes on, a blanket on the floor and got very MESSY! But it was all good fun :-)
